IF YOU ARE PAYING MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR A TEAM SPORT, please remember that most of our competitive team sports require a try-out in order to participate. For example, if you want to play softball, you will not be allowed to participate in softball unless you have first tried out and made the team. 

Paying the HCYA Membership Fee does not guarantee participation on a team sport.

You are submitting fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. 

Please note, the cost of the HCYA Membership fee will be increasing to $30 per person beginning in 2025-2026 school year. We have not raised this price in over 20 years and due to inflation over all, we are forced to raise the price of this fee. 

*Please also note that you may pay the membership fees now, and your program fees later. Both are NOT required at the same time.  

ALL ADULTS THAT VOLUNTEER WITH HCYA
MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES. 

Payment is not required for our volunteers, but insurance does
require us to have you fill out this form.
